Yesterday bf came to look for me after work

ate astons for dinner yes i always complaint 

about how i dislike their food but well ..
 i was craving for potato wedges

i had char grill chicken

potato wedges , mac and cheese for side

while bf had double up chicken

double mac and cheese for side

was very full after that can't really finish it

thanks bf for the treat anyway 

went back to bf home and after shower etc

we watch new hong kong drama series

 Triumph in the Skies 2

today i ate hashbrown and spicy potato with rice

as yesterday we had heavy meal and i think 

i need to have my diet meal and plan back 

by the way this meal cost me $3 expensive potato 

very long period never eat fruits 

exercise and do workout since bf stopped

i also stopped but he doing again and so

i guess it's time for me

 reset and ready to go 

i shall starts to kick unhealthy food out

and invite more beans , fruits , buck wheat 

 view from bf's room 

so peaceful

as never really did anything lately

 went out to visit an ex stylist salon

bought scalp protector from her

as wanna help bf dye his hair

i had chicken chop for dinner

 cooked by bf's mum on sunday

salmon steak cooked by

 bf on monday night too 

 delicious ~

 

was kinda happy this few days 

as i've so much show to watch

as for me for my eye i've been using 

L'OREAL Lip & Eye Makeup Remover

L'OREAL Gentle Cleansing Milk

for my face makeup remover

i like L'OREAL remover

as it's gentle even if it got into my eye

i won't feel any stinging and uncomfortable

last month i went causeway point 

SASA hoping to get the twins pack
of the lip & eye remover

which cost around $20.90

if i never remember wrong

one of the staff intro me 

Cyber Colors All-In-One Moisturizing Cleansing Water

she said that L'OREAL lip & eye makeup remover 
has too many oil it's bad for the skin
 and i should try Cyber Colors

i asked her if this able to remove waterproof eye makeup
as i'm only looking for waterproof eye makeup remover

she was like 

" sure ! you need to put longer on your eye to remove it "

guess what?
 yesterday i used it and i regret buying it

it hurt even more when i use water to rinse it

deep down i am cursing damn hard
i believe this is not suitable to work as eye remover

the staff must be KIDDING me wtf seriously !

now i just wanna finish this bottle up on face 
and i swear i won't buy this anymore !

it's so much cheaper ! maybe i should stock up somemore :X

Last week after work bf already sleeping

i cooked my own dinner after taking shower

Campbell's Corn with chicken soup

i added macaroni in and it's delicious :D

anyway lately during work time i bought

 F&N Nutrisoy Milk with Almond

it's nice but the sugar somehow seem high

 even it's already reduced sugar version 

so i only buy this like once a week

 12.5g sugar per serving

1 packet contain 2 serving :0

so i stick to my Dasani water most of the time

i bought new air fresher for work use

it's spray type and smell nice :D

i really can't stand the oily smell coming

from astons so no choice gotta spend money on this

 

by the way had lunch with family last sunday

made a new spectacle too wadsapp bf to 

help me choose the frame and the uncle

is super friendly and nice 

shall update the address and picture

when i collect my new spectacle
