what brand of remover everyone using?

as for me for my eye i've been using 

L'OREAL Lip & Eye Makeup Remover

L'OREAL Gentle Cleansing Milk

for my face makeup remover

i like L'OREAL remover

as it's gentle even if it got into my eye

i won't feel any stinging and uncomfortable

last month i went causeway point 

SASA hoping to get the twins pack
of the lip & eye remover

which cost around $20.90

if i never remember wrong

one of the staff intro me

she said that L'OREAL lip & eye makeup remover 
has too many oil it's bad for the skin
 and i should try Cyber Colors

i asked her if this able to remove waterproof eye makeup
as i'm only looking for waterproof eye makeup remover

she was like 

" sure ! you need to put longer on your eye to remove it "

guess what?
 yesterday i used it and i regret buying it

my eye got this super stinging sensation

it hurt even more when i use water to rinse it

deep down i am cursing damn hard
i believe this is not suitable to work as eye remover

the staff must be KIDDING me wtf seriously !

now i just wanna finish this bottle up on face 
and i swear i won't buy this anymore !

i went to grab L'OREAL lip & eye makeup remover
it's so much cheaper ! maybe i should stock up somemore :X
